WallTherapy unconditionally guarantees all decal products manufactured and sold at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will be happy to replace or refund you for any defective WallTherapy decal products you return.
If for some reason you are not happy with the purchase of your product whether it would be the look, size, or color, you may return and exchange it for another item within 30 days from your purchase.
The decal(s) must be in new condition. If the items have been used or damaged in any matter, we would not be able to process the return or exchange. With that, there will be an additional shipping charge unless the item was delivered defective.
WallTherapy is not responsible for lost shipments, thus we recommend ordering priority shipment which allows tracking of the item. The customer will also be responsible for return postage as well unless the item was shipped defective from WallTherapy.
In order to Return or Exchange, please follow these steps:
Download and fill out the return or exchange form: Return or Exchange Form.
E-mail support@walltherapy.com and attach the complete form in order to obtain the return/exchange authorization number. We will respond within 24 hours.
Once WallTherapy authorizes the return or exchange, we will let you know where to return item.
NOTE: In order for the order to be processed on time, please make sure to include the original receipt and Return or Exchange form in the package. Allow two weeks for the order to be processed and for WallTherapy to issue a credit.
